El Dorado Hills Man Sued By Nintendo
El Dorado Hills resident Dave Ramona has been sued by Nintendo for impersonating "Mario," Nintendo's mascot and the main protagonist of the "Mario Bros." series of arcade and video games.
In response to the lawsuit, Ramona said, "Hey, I may look like Mario, and I may run and jump like Mario, but I was me long before there was a Mario." Ramona's attorney reserved comment until he has had an opportunity to study the lawsuit.
